Rates do not include 9.8% tax. The Weekly Rate requires a 7 night stay from Friday to Friday. Maximum occupancy in a 2 bedroom residence is 4 guests. Maximum occupancy in a 3 bedroom residence is 8 guests. Parking shall be in designated areas only as directed by the front desk.

Deposit Policy.

One night deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations Policy.

Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the one night deposit. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will forfeit all monies on account. We will refund any nights resold minus one night's stay. Any nights dropped after booking will be charged, including early departures.

One Willow Bridge Road is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed in the residences or on the premises. Check-in time is 4:00 pm mountain time. Check-out time is 11:00 am mountain time.
