This simple par 3 extends across a miniature valley to a wide, relatively flat and receptive green. But mishits can find deep bunkers that can turn pars into bogeys.

local knowledge

• The green is nearly at the same level as the tee boxes, so use the same club you'd use if it were level ground all the way there.
• Short misses are better than long, but left misses are the worst. Stay out of the left-side bunkers, as they're deep and well below the green surface.
• Watch for a breeze coming directly at you and up the mountain - it can knock shots down in a hurry.
