Hole #9 par 4
Doglegs, waterfalls and a narrow, canted fairway make this the most difficult hole on the course for the men. Shoot par here and you'll have earned yourself a cold beverage at the turn.
local knowledge
- If you have a right-to-left shot in your bag, use it off the tee
here. The fairway cants to the right, so any shot moving right will
likely end up OB to the right.
- Can't steer the ball left? You may have to drive directly over the
left-side fairway bunker. Lay up short of this bunker, if you don't
have the distance.
- With a sufficient drive, the waterfalls can easily be flown with
your approach shot. Ignore the water and shoot for the deep green.
- Don't be afraid to take bogey here if you find yourself in trouble.
Scores can get high here very quickly.
