Rates are per night and do not include 9.8% tax. Maximum occupancy in a 2 bedroom condominium is 4 guests. Maximum occupancy in a 3 bedroom condominium is 6 to 8 guests, depending on condominium. Parking shall be in designated areas only as directed by the front desk. There is one parking spot available per unit. Weekly rates are available for 7 nights Friday to Friday.

Friday to Friday stay required except 11/19 -12/17/10 have a 3-night minimum stay requirement. Rates are per night and do not include 9.8% tax. Maximum occupancy in a 2 bedroom residence is 4 guests. Maximum occupancy in a 3 bed- room residence is 8 guests. Maximum occupancy in a 4 bedroom Penthouse is 8 guests. Parking shall be in designated areas only as directed by the front desk. Deposit Policy.

One night deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

 

Cancellations Policy.

Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the one night deposit. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will forfeit all monies on account. We will refund any nights resold minus one night's stay. Any nights dropped after booking will be charged, including early departures.

One Willow Bridge Road is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed in the residences or on the premises. Check-in time is 4:00 pm mountain time. Check-out time is 11:00 am mountain time.

 

 

Travel Insurance
