Oxygen bar: 10am - 5:30pm (Daily)
The Sonnenalp Spa is an exquisite resource to rejuvenate mind and body for all ages. We invite our hotel guests to use all of our wonderful Spa facilities during your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment so you may fully relax and enjoy all the features that our Spa offers. If you arrive late for your appointment, you wil receive the remaining portion of your service; however, you wil be charged the full published rate. We require 24 hours for all changes and cancelations; within that time frame we must charge the full amount for the service. Whie we understand that emergencies do happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our policy. We will however provide credit for any appointment times which we are able to re-book. For this reason, ample notice is requested. Groups or Group Participants are subject to a 120 hour change and cancellation Policy and will be charged the full published rate within this time frame.
*As a reminder, hotel guests under 16 years old may use the Spa indoor and outdoor pool areas, when accompanied by an adult. Steam rooms, saunas, showers, and fitness center are available for adults only. While enjoying the indoor pool area, please keep voices at a low volume so all guests may enjoy the serenity and tranquil spirit of our Spa.*
**Due to limited space, we do not allow children in the treatment rooms. However, our hotel does offer a kids club that you can utilize during your treatment time. Thank you for your understanding**
***Any guests of the hotel have full access to our facilities during business hours. If you are an off property guest coming in for a treatment, you will get full access to the facilities as well. You must be receiving a treatment to utilize our facilities/ pool/ etc. Based on availability we may have day passes during the week for a $50 charge- however this is subject to change***
