Beginning this June, Ludwig’s, located in the Sonnenalp Hotel, in the heart of Vail Village, will serve as a full-service event venue for celebrations and meetings. The 1100 square foot event venue, accommodating up to 200 is a multi-purpose facility offering three combinable rooms: The Terrace, The Sun Room, and the Stüberl.

The Terrace, a stunning glassed-in room, features breathtaking views of Vail Mountain and Gore Creek, including the ability to open the ceiling and walls so guests can enjoy the fresh Colorado air and be one with nature. Perfect for weddings, receptions, reunions, and corporate dining events, the Terrace seats up to 85 and 125 for receptions.

With recent upgrades including replacing walls with columns between the Terrace and Sun Room, the installation of new hardwood floors, and an updated alpine color palate, guests celebrating or meeting in the Sun Room also enjoy panoramic views of Vail’s natural beauty in a luminescent, adorned space. The Sun Room seats up to 60 guests and can accommodate up to 80 for receptions.

The Stüberl, designed for executive meetings, intimate gatherings, and experiential food and beverage events, can be configured to seat up to 40.
